Our Classes

Our classes are based on swim lessons containing age-appropriate activities that focus on the development of core aquatic skill competencies.

The core competencies provide the foundation that will enable students to first learn functional self-survival skills, and then learn the correct swimming stroke techniques, building upon what they already know. 

Each swim skill level has 5 learning stages which swimmers complete during their training.
